Corporate Law corporate partnership dispute

My Husband and I have invested in 1 share of a 100 share corporation with the understanding of over 8 years of activities and communications that were misrepresented by the corporate representative involved, the result being the ownership of a share who's value has been been diluted and the yearly maintenance of which has been grossly inflated due to environmental circumstance not related to my share. I have been charged on 2 occassions for the same utility on said share and now am being forced to pay, a third time, furthur funds that all other corporated members are not having to pay. We are being coerced to pay monies that are being forced upon us via manipulation of corporate ambiguities in the bylaws that are NOT consistant with Massahusetts corporate law on multiple level. What possibilities do we have?
