Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Contributing to Minors

My father recently got arrested from a graduation party at my house. My little brother was having some friends over after the party and they were way back in a field behind my house drinking. A kid shows up that my brother didn't want there and he told him he could say hi but then he had to leave. The kid leaves and gets pulled over and given a DUI. The cops come back and say they had a sworn statement from the kid that he got the alcohol from our house. They went back and searched the fire but of course all the underage kids had ran. There was one 22 year old back there and when the cop asked him if his own cooler was his, the kid said no. The confiscated it and took my dad away. One cop even walked into our house without being invited in. What is the probable punishment he could get for this? If we could get the kid that had a DUI to say he didn't get the alcohol from us is there any way the charges could be dropped?
