Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Contributing to minor???

i was out with my girlfriend one night, when my little brother texted me asking if he could take my truck. His car had a blown motor. I texted back "yeah" and that was it. WEll i forgot that i had two bottles of vodac in the car. I am of age, and they were not open. We'll i guess he ran stop sign and got pulled over. There was a beer cap in the ash try. ( i keep them whenever i see them, my friend makes tables out of them) well i guess the cop said that was enough to search the car. My little brother said thats fine, he did not know the vadac was behind the seat of my S10. Well he got a MIP,and has to go to court on thrusday. The officer said that it might help i go and tell the story of why he was in my truck and there was alcohol in it. But i'm affraid ill get pinned with Contributing to minors. Is there any way they can pin that on me?

im not a lawyer but isnt contributing only if you buy for a minor. Judge will prob just differ. Hopefully a lawyer can anwser your question.
