I signed a written agreement to have trees removed but the contractors are stringing me along and I would like to get out of the contract. Work was to begin May 4th(verbal agreement), they didn't show or call until May 6th and said they would begin on the 9th. Again they didn't show or call until the 13th and said they would begin work within two hours. 3 days later I still haven't heard from them. Here's the kicker-In the written contract is states that if I break the contract I am still responsible for full payment and for any legal fees incurred.
