I am in a contract with a helicopter training company, they take 10% a month of the total training fee (this part is in the contract). So in 10 months they have the whole flight training fee ($60,000+) the training is for private, commercial, instrument and flight instructor training + external loads and turbine transition. I have been training since May 2005 and still do not have a private pilots license. I feel they have been deceptive in what they say they will do for the student and I would like to know if it is possible to get out of the contract and paying for just the training I have received to date. Alot of the deceptive information they told us is verbal and not written in the contract. It was told to us in a seminar given by the company with the owner speaking. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the training.
