I sold my restaurant business three years ago on 36 month land contract. In the purchase agreement it stated that the buyer could use the name of the business, my name, for three years. The loan is now paid in full after 36 months. My question is: does the buyer have the right to continually use the business name without a new agreement?

A: What did the agreement say in response to your questions?
