contesting a will ?

hi , my stepdad has written his will and left his house and contents , 2 bank accounts , to his 2 stepchildren , he had our names changed by depole a few years ago to morgan from hart , now a nephew has poked his nose in saying as we are not blood related to my dad he has the right to contest our dads will and hes asking for his half , he isnt mentioned in the will as he was left his share from his late father a few years ago , my brother and i are named as the only 2 benifecarys , due to us not being blood related to dad have we any concerns for dads will and if we have what do my step dad do about it now before he goes many thaks mr jay morgan
