my boyfriend has a brother that was arrested in august 2008, he was caught with drugs and a lot of money. he stayed in coulumbia but told the cops he stayed with us in a different city. in october 2008, state marshal came and got my boyfriend and his other brother saying they were getting picked up for trafficing charges in 2005. they had already payed a lawyer for those charges and had not went to court yet for them. my baby has now been locked up for almost three months, they gave him a bond of $75,000 and the state marshal has a hold on him and i think they are trying to charge him with conspiracy. i want to know what is the normal sentence for conspiracy?
