I am confused. I am being made to appear at a magistraights hearing for a cell phone contract that I had purchased over 3 years ago. I had nothing but problems with this company from the start and I did everything I could to resolve the problem with them starting with the local sales rep to corporate local office to the telephone reps. I even tried to cancel the contract and was denied 3 years ago and was told I should learn to deal with it, now I get a supena from the sherriff telling me a have to appear in court. why is this company allowed to pursue this matter now when they werent conserned about the service they gave to me back when I was paying them and had to go to another company to get a phone that worked.
