I am retired and on SSD.I am paying on a 140 thousand dollar loan on a condo now worth 40 thousand maybe.My association fees continue to rise to the point I cant pay any more and the more people that bail out every time they go up my fees go up.What can the bank do if I just walk like all the others have done.Can they attach my bank account or just ruin my credit which I really dont care because I dont plan on getting any loans for anything and would rathet just rent I cant do this any longer, thanks for any info.
