I live on the ground floor of a 6 unit condo.My neighbor upstairs recently replaced his carpeting with tile floors.The noise is getting unbearable.We hear everything.
I'm sure they didn't use the proper sound proofing when they installed the tiles.They have become very nasty when I've asked them to tone it down a bit.Are there certain requirements when putting tiles in a condo?What are the laws and what are my options for them to do the right thing?
