My association is threatenting to foreclose my condominium. The association abandoned the building for 1 1/2 years and I paid the water and put electricity bill in my name as no one was paying their assessments. I was the only tenant for two years. A rich lady has moved in and wants me and my children out, so they have put together (false records and not enough info) and are threatening to foreclose unless I pay them $6000. My children and I make to much noise so this woman has convinced the head of the association(i believe) to take my property. Either way, might there be some concession for me in court as my neighbor is harrassing me and I was in charge of the building for two years, or can they take my property?
