Hello:

I currently live in a home with three owners. One of them has nothing to fo with the property and stopped paying the mortgage over a year ago. I want to keep the property and get them off the title. What can be done?

If you are one of the three purported owners, you can hire a lawyer and direct him/her to bring a partition action.

You DO know what such an action will accomplish, right?
