A board member for a 501c7 organization (FBO dr.'s and families of hospital - day care and social) wants to teach a music class and be compensated for it. Is this self-dealing? is it OK? I'm used to 501c3 rules and wonder if prohibited transactions and disqualified persons rules are similar in this case?
