my last job is holding my paycheck for no reason whatsoever. ive called them and supposedely the off manager is "on vacation" ive also called the payroll company and made a complaint so they called my last job and all they got was "well look into it" its been 10 days and still nothing! from what i hear it is illegal to hold someones check. what can i do?!?
