I have some small companies that I am dealing with that anyone answering my business phone they tell them everything. Please advise me if they can do that?

Can you be more specific? Who are these random people calling your business? What information are they sharing and with whom? Why do you believe the information shared should not be shared?

Certainly if your employees are answering the phone, you can tell them to forward any calls from XYZ to you directly.

Who is the "anyone" that is answering your business phone besides you?

Who is it that "they" are telling "everything" to?

And what is the "everything" that "they" are telling?

Perhaps you can provide a bit more detail so that readers will understand what's happening.
