Approximately 45 days ago purchased a frightliner truck from company. The truck was registered two weeks ago and today rec'd call that police will be impounding the truck. The officer said the company that sold us the truck is a victom as well as us. Except that he got his money. There are several people involved in this mess apparently. From what I can tell from the internet the police have the right to impound the truck and that we will be out the money we paid. Appears this may go to court? Is there anything we can do, is there a need to hire an attorney or are we just screwed and be done with it?
