Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks College Homework

This would not be a legal issue but a school issue. The student would likely get kicked out of school and almost certainly would be flunked.

If given permission by the student to log-on, and do their homework, are you breaking any laws? Is this an act of fraud?

If neither one blabs, who would be the wiser? The student assistant won't blab, he or she is getting paid (in one way or another, wink, wink)!

The student certainly wouldn't rat himself or herself out. This is chattered about in many circles. Just another flaw in the character of some people.

It's akin to the old do my homework scam, which has been going on since the days of Plato and Socrates. Gasp, people DO cheat, they lie, and they steal. In fact, we've been murdering each other, including our siblings ever since Cain took out Abel.

Two of have experience in high ed. Never underestimate the ways professors have of finding out. It never ends well for the students involved either. That goes for both parties.
