I am being sued by a collctions agency in TX for an old credit card debt which has been bought by Midland Funding LLC, I have received the Petition along with a page requesting I admit or deny various alledged facts concerning the debt. How can I answer each midland "fact" without assuming admission of guilt? Must I answer "ADMIT" or "GUILT", or may I answer "DISPUTE"?
