I moved a year ago from old rental, I agreed to pay balance, but after a few months my finances changed so I couldn't pay amt. first agreed on. ( I am disabled) I tried several months to get them to email or call me and nothing for a year, until now. Can they come back to me a year later and demand full payment? and threaten me with court?
