I have a debt that was sold to a law firm in New York. They have to call me every 2 weeks t see if I have money to be able to pay them. Well they have 2 now just called and left a message stating to call them back and then without speaking to me or getting the authorization they nedd they take money out of my bank account and I get charged 42.00 per time caue there is not enough money in there. What can I do to get my money back and get them to pay the fees they have cost me. I need help with this law firm they are not reasonable and unwilling to listen and say they cannot return my money when I know they can. I need help please.
