I was away in prison when my father pass away and the excutor my brother told me that he was going to put my money in a trust for me to collect when I get out I have been out for 50 days after serving 6 years 6 months and have tryed to find him. He owes me about 57,000.00 plus interest. Is this a crime are do I have to take him to civil court Ian hiring an investigator. To locate him it should not be that hard because he's retired Air Force
any help would be helpful no lawyer will take because I dont have the money to pay.
