Can we sue Clinical Psycholgist for making unfounded remarks
Clinical Psycholgist made unfounded remarks what can we do to discredit this report? This report can cost us the custody case.
My husband and I were ordered to attend co-parenting therapy with his ex-wife and her husband. My husband and I attended 2 sessions with the other side and my husband attended 1 session with just the ex-wife. We received a report making unfounded accusations about me addressed to the court and making recommendations based on comments made by the ex-wife taken as truth without even discussing them with my husband or myself. We were not given a chance to defend or disagree with the comments at all.
