Clean driver mitigating a traffic ticket

I was caught on radar going 52 in a 35 mph. I was going down a hill. I am not a speeder but I was not used to the road and I was driving my husband's company car and focusing on the navigation system. I've got a mitigation hearing in a couple of weeks. How can I get off without paying a fine and more importantly making sure it doesn't impact my insurance rates?
