I was set up by a cop (I knew her) and got a ticket for selling alcohol to a girl (with the cop) less than 21.
I will go to court. I check it the NC law and find that it is class A misdemeanor. How can I appeal in the court ? I am also wondering if this misdemeanor affect my green card application in next couple of years. Thanks.
