Is there a Arizona statute that clarifies the portion allotted for kids versus marriage w/ more kids? ex wants me to pay all children Or a ruling I can show to document...
Ex remarried and added wife and her 2 children to insurance that already had our 4 children and self. Ex wants me the full amount to be credited which reduces the amount I would receive as a single parent. I don't know the divorce ruling for ex's new spouse and their ex. Is there any ruling that state only children % is calculated to see if other parent was to provide for their two children.
Judge said it was too small of an amount to figure ($29/pay period) or doesn't want to figure it out, but when calculated that is over $700/year for clothing and necessitates. Thank you.
