i was in line at the store when another shopper hit me with a store owned electric ride around shopping cart the store took a report i was hurting so i when to the emerg room the lady admits to running in to me she said the cart would not stop i called the stores main office they said they were sending the case to the claim department how much mony should i ask for for a quick claim

You are entitled to medical expenses, loss of wages, and some amount for "pain and suffering".

You can ask for anything.

Often they'll offer to pay documented medical expenses and any reasonable loss of wages (documented of course).
