Arraignment, Bail, Bonds, Pretrial Circuit Court????

the DA had my case bound over to the circuit court. Crimanal Impersonation charge. Well the grand jury met and sent my paperwork back saying it was not a true bill. why would they do this. Now what are my legal rights can they re arrest me for something. Do I have to go to general sessions court now or what? I do not have a court date that I know of they just told me to check back in feb. to see if they reproduced it to the grand jury or not. I am already out on bond for the charges stated above. cost me a lot of money to bail out. cannot afford to post bail again.
