I am wondering if there is a site where I can get information on potential lawyers? For example, their standing with the bar, reviews, complaints, ect.

In Florida, the state bar maintains such a site.

Most county bar associations can provide you similar information.

Search for your specific county in Florida on Google on Bing.

Another excellent resource on attorneys, would be your circle of friends, relative, associates, and co-workers.

Ask any of them about attorneys that have represented them in the past.

Think of it like a restaurant or movie review.

You might not agree with the critic, but you often agree with recommendations from friends and family!
