If you weren't married to the woman, and haven't PROVED your paternity via DNA testing, nothing will change.

Once paternity has been established via paternity testing, your lawyer can seek SUPERVISED visitation for you, and if that goes well (takes about a year of supervised, maybe two years, depends) maybe you can get to take the child overnight in about three to four years.

Its extremely doubtful you'll ever be able to legally go near the child's mother.

The child, maybe is possible, after its been established you aren't a deranged, violent abuser. of kids.

Talk to a licensed lawyer, as you won't get far doing this yourself.
