Child support

Been read lots about child support but I stil have no idea what to do.I have a 10 years old son from a Germany citizen.I'm living in indonesia and married already.But my husband dont want support his step son.His real father always send financial support twice a year.But he send never on time.This january 2015 he should send it but til now now no news from him.Start make me worry how if something happen to me or his german father(died)..hows my son future.Can I ask child support from his father by Germany law?..please give me some advice what should I do.Indonesian law about child support doesnt seem fair for me.Thank U

You'll need to contact an attorney/solicitor in that jurisdiction. No one here (to my knowledge) knows much outside of US law.

I deleted your name - you shouldn't post your name (or anyone's name) on a forum.

As the other responder noted, you will have to contact a "lawyer" in correct jurisdiction or do a google search for a law forum in that area. We are a US law forum.
