Hello everyone
Need some answers...regarding income and child support.
My ex husband has a joint checking account with his mother, yes his mother, and has since i have known, the money that she puts in that account on a weekly basis, is that considered income?
Also, he receives recurring gifts, in a timely manner every year from his parents, they are something lol thats for sure...he gets about $10,000 a year from them, every year, can that be used as income?
His parents pay his bills and his mortgage, he has a free ride and he also works fulltime..I have lost my job and have minimal means to support my children...
Can those two things i mentioned be considered as income for child support purposes
Thanks in advance and any information would help me out..my ex complained about paying $30 a week for good ness..and he has it made and i have nothing to offer my children..
