My son has posted a nude picture of a girl on the internet. they are both minors. What happens now?

He removes it and quick. Unless someone alerts the law nothing will happen. How old is your son and how old is the other child?

He is 15 and the police are already involved.

Whether they press charges is unknown and up to DA but I would get him a Lawyer. How old was girl in picture? That may play a role as well

With Police already involved and possible charges pending your son needs an Attorney. Instruct him not to naswer any questions until he has spoken with an Attorney
