My son is currently holding EAD status under the Child Deferred Act. He is 19years old and a full time student. Can his stepdad (us citizen) petition green card for him? Can we do Concurrent Filling by ourself or shall we appoint a lawyer for this application? Will there be a lot of paper work involved in this application? Please advise, thank you.
