My son is currently holding a legal EAD identity under the status of Child Deferred Action and he is a full time student and just turned 19. Can my husband (stepdad)(citizen) apply green card for my son? Can we do Concurrent Filling paper work by ourself or shall we appoint a lawyer? Please advise, thank you.
