Consumer Law, Warranties Charging for supplies that were not signed for

Im in the construction business and have a supplier charging me for materials that my people did not sign for. We have ordered the same material from this same supplier on the site jobsite but just not the amount they claim. This is a Georgia supplier and job.

What legal defense do I have?

Pay what you believe you owe. If they demand more let them have it settled in court. Find yourself a new supplier.
