Will a charge for misdermeanor larceny show up on record if not convicted or arrested? I am 22 and charged with a misdermeanor larceny but no criminal record.

You must FIRST be arrested BEFORE you are charged. If you haven't been arrested, nothing will scar your record.

If you're arrested, and subsequently convicted, everything will be visible to inquiring minds.

If you're arrested and later exonerated, only the arrest record will be left to stain your record.
The trial, any trail of course, is a matter of public record, guilty or not guilty.

I am confused as I was only cited by an officer for larceny but not arrested no hand cuffs no fingerprints no jail visit just citation slip. Since I was not arrested will it not show up until after court date?

Your citation is the equivalent of an arrest. If you were cited then you were arrested. No jail necessary, no handcuffs necessary.
