Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks Charged w/ Fraud, Re: Credit Card Debt

it is my understanding that a company that has purchased my defaulted credit card debt has filed and recieved a sheriffs judgement, based on a 30 year old address .. has now caused this to go to a criminal action of fraud, again based on an address in a state/ county in which i have not resided for 30 some years

how can i move this action to another jurisdiction ..?

How large is the debt? If large, consult with a bankruptcy attorney. They understand things like statutes of limitations on debts and default judgments and voiding judgments. If the debt is small, pay it.

About the fraud...where did you get the information that you are being charged with fraud? If indeed you are being charged with fraud, consult with an attorney.
