My wife and I are owners of an LLC here in Florida. We were issued a small business credit card based on my wife's credit profile. The LLC has no outstanding debts or assets other than a truck valued at 1000.00. If we file a personal chapter 7 and the small business credit card is listed in the bankruptcy can the creditor still go after the LLC for the balance?
