Personal Bankruptcy Chapter 13 Trustee mishandles case

My chapter 13 Trustee was making my Mortgage payment and bankruptcy payments through pyroll deduction. The plan was paid up in Jan 07. Payments were made through June 07 before the order to stop payroll deduction. No payments were made to the Mortgage company during this time. She then discharged the case in September and the money overpaid was not issued until the 29th of Oct. The payments were sent to the bank but the bank returned the check and filed foreclosure. What can I do?
