Hi,
My wife and have formed three Florida LLC's (A,B and C). We currently have all three managed and owned by us. We would like to change that and place one of them (C) as the sole managing member in each of the other two (A and B), and put my wife and I as Managers Members of the umbrella llc (C).
The two questions are: What sort of language do we need to used in the minutes, and secondly, what form do we use to notify the state?
