At the time I gave birth to my son we were under the impression my boyfriend at the time was bio dad so he signed birth certificate a month later we did a DNA test and discover that was not the case and since then has had no part in my child's life. Bio dad (DNA test has confirmed this) has been in child's life since then ( 2 years). How can my son's birth certificate be corrected to so that bio dad is on there
