I own a business with 3 other people. We recently discovered that the CFO has been mismanaging our banking account, credit cards, bills, etc. However, everything financially-related is under my name. A collection notice was sent to my home address a few days ago and it turns out the credit card (under my name) has been unpaid for the past 5-6 months.
