Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Caught at Store name in Chattanooga, TN

I was an idiot and tried to shoplift car headlights from Store name. I bought a lemon car off Craigslist and got frustrated with all the money I was pouring into it, so decided to try and steal headlights instead I also switched the barcode from a smaller plastic storage container to a larger one and bought the larger one at the cheaper price (saved about $2-$3...stupid, I know).

Regardless, I got caught with $40 worth of merchandise, and got an "Incident report and Citation" from the Chattanooga Police Dept. It only has a date for when I need to be "booked and processed" but my court date is blank and not set.

What should I do? My "booking and processing" date is Jun 2nd.

When you show up for booking date you should get court date. In mean time start calling Lawyers many offer free consultations get as many as you can. When you meet with these Attorneys ask them if Diversion (or the like) is available in your case
