Can you have a car that is paid off not be affected while filing chapter 7 in Idaho?

You must DECLARE ALL PROPERTY you own.
You are entitled to some exemptions.
The exemptions vary by state.
I can't think of Ine state where a car isn't exempted.
But, to receive an exemption, don't try to hide or conceal. Be honest in all things.
Declare it, it'll be exempted.
