My jurisdiction is: Houston TX
I was at a night club and the next day i noticed my windshield wiper arm was broken. I suspect its the same girl who vandalized my car 8 years ago. I saw her that night.
If I could see the video of the parking lot security cameras then I would be able to confirm her identity. However the property management is giving me the run around and wont give me access to the video. Also the police officer right after giving me my case number said they wont be able to do anything. Im scared to go places now because of this woman. I want to catch her so i can put a stop to this. Please advise.
