Hi had a car repo in 1998
Have not heard a thing now today get a letter from a lawyer that I owe the $6700 plus $4000 interest
A 2003 county court paper is with the letter as well
Can they re open this after this long and sue?
It states a lawyer office but also states debt collection as well
They said if no response after 30 days I basically assume the debt is mine
