Around six weeks ago a signed a lease agreement with Mazda for a CX-7. I am not a permanent US resident but have a valid visa. In the last week or so the dealers have contacted me and said they were not able to find a bank to finance the deal and therefore I either have to pay them $22,000 in cash to buy the car outright or give them back the car. Can they do this??
