I am a canadian woman wanting to marry my american boyfriend, I was wondering, my boyfriend is on a 5 year probation and at the end of it his record will be cleared. Will that deny us of me becoming an american if he is on probation. Secondly, I am on disability through work, I have 2 herniated disks in my back, will this also prevent me from becoming an american. I don't plan on being on disability and want to work once I become an american. Any responses will be appreciated.
