Hi im currently in Canada for 9 months now and having requested an extension on my 6 month holiday visa(it states on the govt website that they havent processed any applications from the month i applied for the extension yet) so i am in status and we are starting our common law partner visa(im irish my partner is canadian and wev been together 15 months now we met in australia)
whats the best way to do it i have many questions that i cannot find answers for on the web and i have alot of paperwork to do) can anybody help me? If we were married would it be easier?
